One of the 18 lakes in the Durmitor region, Zminicko Lake, is located just a few minutes drive from the village of Negovuda in Zabljak. It got its name from the town of Zminice, where this gem of nature is located. The lake, which receives its water from the spring melting of abundant snow from the surrounding mountains, is cradled in a bay, surrounded by coniferous forests, whose trees are reflected in the calm water of the lake, giving it a color that you can hardly see anywhere else.
